192 he y.e s.d James Nutthall
now liveth on being part of a Divident of Land Commonly knowne or Called by y.e name of Cornwallis Cross Mannor Situate Lying & being in S.t Maries County aforesaid the w.ch Bounds of the said tract or parcell of Land Begineth at the Quarter Creek & To runeth along by the side of the old fields y.t the Cross mannor house Standeth on to the pathway y.t goeth to the Long Neck & from thence along the said path till it comes to John Burrages old field & from thence to George Wrights outward line & so into the woods to S.t Inagoes Mannor being by Estimation one thousand Acres be it more or less Together w.th all & Singular the Rights Benefits Members Jurisdictions Priviledges & Profitts thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining To have & To hold the said pcell or tract of Land & all & singular y.e before bargained premises unto him the said James Nuthall his heirs & Assignes for ever & the said John Nuthall for himself his heirs Executo.rs & Administrat.ors doth hereby covenant & grant to & w.th the s.d James Nuthall his heirs & Assignes y.t he y.e said John Nuthall his heirs Executors & Administrat.rs the said parcell or tract of Land & all other the Bargained premises unto him the said James Nuthall his heirs & Assignes against all manner of pson or psons w.tsoever claiming from by from or under him them or any of them shall and will for ever hereafter Warrant & Defend by these presents further the s.d John Nutthall his heirs & assignes shall & will from time to time & at all times hereafter Dureing the space of seven years at y.e Request and at y.e proper Cost & Charges in y.e Law of him y.e s.d James Nuthall his heirs & assignes make doe Execute and Suffer or Cause to be made done Executed or Suffered all & every such further & other Act or Acts thing or things Device or Devices Assurance or Assurances w.tsoever Requisite in the premises for the better assuring & more sure making of y.e Bargained premises unto him the said James Nuthall his heirs and assignes for ever be it by Inrolment of these premises Fine Feofment or otherwise or by any other such Lawful waies or means as by him y.e said James Nutthall his heirs and assignes or his or their Councill Learned in the Law shall be Reasonably Devised Advised or required In Wittness whereof the parties to these p.rsents have hereunto Interchangeably sett to their hands & seales y.e Day & yeare above written &.r Signed Sealed & Delivered in the presence of us Richard Moy John Nutthall seal |
