185    James Robins his heires and Assignes for ever Att the
          Estate Lands and Inheritance called or known by the
          name of Delph lying within the Province of Maryland
          near Annapolis with all its rights members and appurtenances
          which were late the Lands of James Kendall
          late of Baltemore County Mariner deceased which descended
          unto him the said Mathew Jane on the death of his said
          Father Together with all houses Edifices ways paths
          profitts priviledges hereditaments Comodityes and Advantages
          whatsoever to the said Estate or Lands belonging or in any
          wise appertaining and the Revercon and Revercons Remainder
          and Remainders thereof And all the Estate Right
          Title interest Claime and demand whatsoever both in Law
          and Equity or Otherwise howsoever of him the sid Mathew
          Jane of in or to the said Estate Lands Tenements hereditaments
          and premisses and every part and parcell thereof
          with the Appurtenances To Hold the said Estate called
          Delph in Maryland aforesaid and all and singular other
          the premisses therein granted or Conveyed or mentioned
          or intended soe to be and every parte and parcell thereof
          with the Appurtenances unto the said James Robins his
          heirs and assignes for ever To the only use and behoof of the
          said James Robins his heires and assignes for ever as by
          the said Deed relation being thereunto had more fully
          may appear Now Know Yee That I the said James
          Robins for the Speciall Trust and Confidence which I
          have and Repose in Cap.t Allen Giles of Plymouth aforesaid
          Comander of the ship the Hester of Newcastle Have
          Constituted and made and in and by these presents Doe
          Constitute and make the said Allen Giles to be my true
          and Lawfull Attorney for me and in my name and to
          my use to ask demand sue for recover and receive of and
          from Thomas Bodly of Annapolis aforesaid Esq.r his Executors
          or Administrators or whom else it may Concern
          The said recited or menconed Deed and all other Deeds
          and Writeings which were left and Deposited by me
          in the hands of the said Thomas Bodley relateing to
