186    Lands Called Delph in the presence of John Chubb
          ferryman in the month of May one thousand seven
          hundred and Twenty And to use all Lawfull ways and
          Meanes for and about the Recovery thereof And upon
          receipt thereof or any part thereof to give any receipts
          or other Discharges for the same And one Attorney or
          more to Substitute and Generally to Act and doe all
          other things requisite in and about the premisses
          in as full large and ample manner as if I myself
          were in person present Ratifyeing and allowing the same
          by these presents In Wittness whereof I have hereunto
          sett my hand and Seale att Plymouth in Devon this
          Eleventh day of November in the Thirteenth Yeare
          of the Reigne of our Soverigne Lord King George Over
          Great Brittain France and Ireland King Defender
          of the faith &.r Annoq Dm 1726
Sealed and Delivered being                James Robbins   seal
