184    of the said Donaldson or his factor) then the said time that
          the said Vessels shall be stopt shall be deducted out of the
          said freight the time thereof to be judged by the said Donaldson
          his factor Supercargoe or Correspondent as also what time
          of Annapolis in her way down the bay is Likewise hereby
          agreed on to be deducted out of the freight on Acco.t the said
          freighter is in readiness to make her proceed on her said
          voyage And for the full and true performance of the severall
          Covenants Bargains agreements and Clauses aforesaid by
          the aforesaid William to be done and performed he y.e said
          William Whittington and William Wodloin Junior Mariner
          Son to the above mentioned Will.m Wodloin Senior Do hereby
          bind themselves their Exec.rs and Administrators unto the
          said James Donaldson his Exec.rs and Administrators in the
          penall sume of five hundred pounds Currant money aforesaid
          to be paid unto the said James his Exec.rs & Adm.rs
          upon the nonperformance of the said Covenants and agreements
          or any of them he the said James being ready and
          willing to Comply with his part of the Articles aforesaid
          In Wittness whereof we have hereunto putt our hands and
          affixed our seals Day place & year of God as above
