             Then came William Greaves party to y.e w.thin Indentures and
             acknowledged y.e w.thin deed and y.e land & premises therein menconed
             to be y.e Right of y.e s.d Thomas Gosling his heirs and assignes forever by
             vertue thereof and at y.e same time Ann y.e wife of y.e s.d W.m Greaves being
             by us privately examined out of y.e hearing of her s.d husband acknowledged
             her right of Dower therein which she declared she did willingly & freely
             & w.thout being induced thereto by fear of or ill usage by her husband or fear
             of his Displeasure

             James that Anne Tayler deceased did by her last Will & Testament
             bequ^e^ath unto y.e s.d James Sundry Lands & Tenements lying in Baltemore
             County Now This present Indenture Wittnesseth that y.e s.d James Carroll
             for and in Consideration of y.e sum of Five shillings to him in hand paid
