170    Parcell thereof the same thereof to have and to hold the Lands
          and other the premises with all and singular there and Every
          of their appurtenances unto the said Richard Snowden his
          heirs and assigns for Ever and to the only proper use and
          Behooff of the said Richard Snowden his heirs and assigns
          for Ever and to no Other use Intent Construction or purpose
          whatsoever and the said Will.m Gardner by These presents
          Doth for himself his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs Covenant promise
          Grant and agree to and with the said Richard Snowden
          and his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs that the above parcell of Land
          and all and Every of the premises and appurtenances are
          at the sealing and Delivery free and clear from all
          manner of Bargaines Sales Leases Titles Charges and
          Incumbrance of what nature or Kind Soever and The
          said Will.m Gardner for himself his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs Covenants
          promise and agree to and with the said Richard
          Snowden his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs as aforesaid that he the
          said William Gardner and his heirs shall and will
          at all Times hereafter warrant and Defend the above
          Bargained Premises and all & Every of the appurtenances
          and every part and parcell of the same from and against
          The Claims or Lawfull pretentions of all and every person
          or persons whatsoever Provided always and it is the true
          Intent and meaning of these presents That Whereas
          the said William Gardner oweth and standeth Justly
          Indebted to the said Richard Snowden in the full sum
          of Thirty four pounds seven shillings and Three pence
          Sterling money if Therefore the said William Gardner
          shall well and Truly pay unto the said Richard Snowden
          his h.rs Ex.rs or Adm.rs or assigns the aforesaid sume with
          Lawfull Interest at or before the tenth Day of Septemb.r
          In the year of our Lord God One Thousand Seven hundred
          and Thirty Then this present Deed and all the
          Claims Covenants and agreements therein Contained
