                This Indenture made the seventeenth Day of
                September in the year of Our Lord God Seventeen hundred and
                Twenty Six Between Robert Jubb of Ann Arundell County
                Planter of the one part and Sebastian Oley of Baltemore
                County planter of the other part Wittnesseth that whereas
                The Said Sebastian Oley by his Deed Duly made and
                Executed bearing Even Date with These presents as well
                for and in Consideration of the sume of sixty pounds
                Current money to him in hand paid by the said Robert
                Jubb as alsoe of The Quantity of one hundred Acres of
                Land being the uppermost moyetie or half parte of a
                Certain Tract of Land Called Locust Thickett Containing
                in The whole two hundred Acres Scituate
                Lying and being in Baltemore County Did Give Grant
                Bargain Sell Exchange Alien Enfeoff and Confirm unto
                him the said Robert Jubb his heirs and Assigns for
                Ever all that Tract or parcell of Land Called the Heirs Purchase
                Lying on the north side of Severn River in Ann Arundell
                County Containing ninety Acres of Land Be the same
                More or Less as by the the said Deed referrence being
                Thereto had may more fully and at Large Appear Now
                This Indenture wittnesseth that the said Robert
                Jubb for and in Consideration of The Land Conveyed to
                him as af.d in Exchange for the af.d one hundred and for
                The Confirmation of the said one hundred Acres of Land
                to the said Sebastian Oley and his heirs Hath Given
                Granted Bargained Sold Exchanged Aliened Enfeoffed and
                Confirmed and by These presents Doth for himself
                his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs Give Grant Bargain Sell Exchange
                Alien Enfeoff and Confirm unto him the said Sebastian
                Oley his heirs and Assigns for Ever all the af.d One hundred
                acres of Land being the uppermost Moyetie or half part
