(152) x.d This Indenture Tripartite made the
seventeenth Day of December Anno Domini 1725 And in the Twelfth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George by the Grace of God of Great Brita^i^n France & Ireland King Defender of the Faith &.r Between the Right Honourable Charles Absolute Lord and Proprietary of the province of Maryland and Avalon Lord ^Baron of^ Baltemore in the Kingdom of Ireland of the first part John Hyde of Kingston Lysle in the County of Berks Esq.r and Charles Lowe of Westm.r in the County of Middx Esq.r of the second part and Mary Hall of the said province of Maryland in America Widow of the third part Wittnesseth That for & in consideration of the sum of one hundred and seven pounds of Lawfull money in hand well and truly paid at & before the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents by the said Mary Hall unto the said John Hyde and Charles Lowe and in Consideration of the further sum of Ten shillings of like Lawfull money in hand truely paid by the said Mary Hall unto the said Charles Lord Baltemore the receipt of which said severall sums the said Charles Lord Baltemore John Hyde and Charles Lowe Do hereby severally and respectively acknowledge & of every part thereof Do & every of them Doth acquitt release and Discharge the said Mary Hall her heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs & assigns & every of them by these presents and also for other Causes & Considerations He the said Charles Lord Baltemore and they the said John Hyde and Charles Lowe by the Direction of him the said Charles Lord Baltemore Have and every of them hath granted bargained and sold and by these presents Do & each of them Doth grant bargaine and sell unto the said Mary Hall All that peace or parcel of Land being part of Ann Arundell Manner in Ann Arundell County in the province of Maryland af.d Called the Widows Inlargement Begining at the Bounded Hicory of the Land formerly laid out for Gerrard Hopkins and Samuel Thomas being part of the said Manner and running from the said Hicory South Eighty perches thence East Twenty four perches, then south Eighty four ^five^ thence North sixty three Degrees West One hundred & Eighty perches then North Thirty One Degrees East Ninety three perches then with a Straight Line to y.e first Tree Contain^in^g one |
