X.d       This Indenture made the Third day of January in the year of our Lord
             God one thousand seven hundred & Twenty Five Between Bigger head
             of Prince Georges County Gent.n Brother & heir at Law Kendall head
             Devisee of John Bigger of Calvert Co dd & Martha the wife of the said
             Bigger of y.e one part And James Carroll of Annarundle County Gent.n of
             the other part Wittnesseth that the said Bigger head and Martha his
             wife for and in Consideration of the sume of one hundred and six pounds
             sterling to him in hand paid by the said James Carroll the receipt whereof
             is hereby acknowledged Have Given Granted bargained Sold Aliened enfeoffed
             Confirmed & made over as by these presents they the said Bigger
             head & Martha his wife do for themselves & each of them their and each of
             their heirs Give Grant bargain sell alien enfeoffe Confirm & make over
             unto him the said James Carroll his heirs and assignes forever All those
             severall tracts or parcells of Land Viz.t Old Plantation called hamleton,
             Hard fortune, Containing Two hundred acres or thereabouts part of Cuckoldsmiss
             Containing one hundred & sixty acres or thereabouts Gooseys
             Addition Containing one hundred & fifty acres or thereabouts Gooseys
             Come again Containing seventy acres or thereabouts Gooseys Lott, Gooseys
             Choice fifty acres or thereabouts part of Cattertons Lott Containing
             Thirty acres or thereabouts part of Barbery Delight Containing
             Nineteen acres or thereabouts, Biggers Chance, all lying in Calvert
             County All which parcells of Land were Resurveyed by the said Coll.o
             John Bigger and Called Bigger and Containing with some adition
             of vacant Land one thousand and sixty acres also one other parcell
             of Land bought by him the said John of Michael Catterton near
             to or adjoyning to the said Lands Also all other the Lands that were
             bequeathed to the said Kendall head by the said Coll.o John
             Bigger that are lying & being in Calvert County aforesaid And
             all the Reversion and Reversions, Remainder & Remainders of all
             and singular the premisses Together with all the Improvments
             Conveniencies and Advantages to the said Lands and premisses or any
             of them belonging or in any ways apertaining To the only proper
             use and behoofe of him the said James Carroll his heirs & assignes
             and to no other use intent or purpose whatsoever To have and
             To hold The Lands and premisses aforesaid and the Reversion and
             Reversions Remainder & Remainders thereof unto him the said
             James Carroll his heirs and assignes for ever And the said Bigger
             head doth for himself his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs Covenant promise
             grant & agree to and with the said James Carrol his heirs & assignes
             The Lands & premisses afs.d and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder
             & Remainders thereof against him the said Bigger Head
             and his heirs as also against all manner of persons whatsoever for
             ever hereafter to Warrant and Defend And the said Bigger Head doth
             for himself his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs Covenant promise grant & agree
