(124)     of condition and further Know ye that we the said Thomas
             Reynolds and Elizabeth Reynolds have part put the af.d Maccubin
             Reynolds into Peaceable Possion of the af.d Lands and Apurtinances
             as af.d by Delivery of him at the Ensealing of these presents
             one coined piece of silver called six pence in Wittness whereof
             we have hereunto sett our hands and seale thin ninth day of
             March in y.e Eleventh year of the Reign of our sovereign Lord
             King George by the Grace of God of Greate Brittain &.r and in
             the year of Our Lord God 1725
             Signed Sealed and Delivered in psents of us      Tho.s Reynolds  seal

             to be y.e Right of Maccubin Reynolds & his heirs for ever according
             to Law The s.d Eliz.a being privately Examined out of the
             hearing of her s.d Husband
