the said Thomas Reynolds and Elizabeth Reynolds have part put the af.d Maccubin Reynolds into Peaceable Possion of the af.d Lands and Apurtinances as af.d by Delivery of him at the Ensealing of these presents one coined piece of silver called six pence in Wittness whereof we have hereunto sett our hands and seale thin ninth day of March in y.e Eleventh year of the Reign of our sovereign Lord King George by the Grace of God of Greate Brittain &.r and in the year of Our Lord God 1725 Signed Sealed and Delivered in psents of us Tho.s Reynolds seal y.e word & assigns being first interlined betwixt her Eliz.b E Reynolds mark seal the twenty sixth & twenty seventh lines Sam.l Young Sarah Chipehaes On the back of y.e forgoing Deed was thus Indorsed Viz.t March y.e 9 1725 Then came before me the subscriber Cheif Justices of his Lorships prov.l Court of Maryland y.e w.thin named Thomas Reynolds Eliz.b his wife acknowledged y.e w.thin Deed and the Lands therein mentioned to be y.e Right of Maccubin Reynolds & his heirs for ever according to Law The s.d Eliz.a being privately Examined out of the hearing of her s.d Husband Sam.l Young Record March y.e 31 1725/6 x.d To all Christian People to whom these Presents shall come we Thomas Reynolds Senior and Eliz.a Reynolds of Ann Arundle County send Greeting in our Lord God Everlasting Know ye that we y.e said Thomas Reynolds and Elizabeth Reynolds for & in consideration of the Love Good will and affection |
