(123)    absolutely Give and Agree ^Grant^ to the said Maccubin Reynolds
             his heirs and assignes for ever one hundred Acres of Land
             being part of a Tract Called Food Plenty Containing Eight
             hundred and thirty Acres Lying in Ann Arundel County
             According to Certificate of Survey Beginning ^at the beginning^ Trees of
             the af.d Land being six bounded White Oakes standing
             near a March of Ridgelys greate branch and Runing from
             from the said Trees North sixty six Degrees forty five minuits
             West one hundred forty three pearches then south five
             Degrees East one hundred and fivety pches then South
             Eighty six Degrees East one hundred and forty six pches
             then with a streight Line to the Begining containing and now
             laid out for one hundred Acers of Land more or less Likewise
             one hundred ^thirty five^ Acres of Land being part of a Tract of Land Called
             Thomas Lott containing two hundred and seaventy acres
             the said Land Lying in Baltemore County according to the
             Certificate of Survey beginning at the End of the sixth
             Course of Thomas Reynolds Jun.r his part of this afd Tract the
             said course being north sixty five Degrees West two hundred
             forty three pearches thence Runing from the afd beginning
             place north sixty five Degrees West one hundred and fifty
             five pearches thence North Tenn Degrees West one hundred
             and forty peches thence South seaventy five Degrees East
             one hundred and Eighty six pearches to Intersect a Line of
             Thomas Reynolds Junior his part thence w.th the s.d Thomas
             is Line to the Beginning place containing and now laid out
             for one hundred & thirty five acres more or less To have &
             to hold the af.d Tracts of Land with all the appurtenances
             thereunto belonging unto Maccubin Reynolds & his heirs
             heirs & assigns for ever From hence forth as his proper Estate
             of Inheritance for ever absolutely w.thout any manner
