110       Heirs and Assigns for ever And that he the said Thomas Bladen and his
             heirs and all and every other person and persons whatsoever
             having or lawfully claiming or which shall or may have
             or lawfully claim any Estate Right Title or Interest of in
             unto or out of the said Mannor Messuages Lands
             Tenements Hereditaments and premisses w.th the Appurtenances
             herein before mentioned or intended to be hereby granted
             bargained sold alined released enfeoffed and confirmed by
             from or under the said Thomas Bladen or by from or under
             the before named William Bladen deceased shall and will
             from time to time and at all times hereafter upon the
             reasonable request and at the costs and charges in the Law
             of the said William Stavely and James Bennett their heirs
             or assigns make doe execute or cause and procure to be made
             done and executed all and every such further and other lawfull
             and reasonable Act and Acts Deeds Devises Conveyances and
             Assurances in the Law whatsoever for the further and better
             conveying releasing and assuring of all and singular the
             premisses herein before menconed or intended to be
             granted bargained sold alined released enfeoffed and confirmed
             and every part and parcell thereof w.th their appurtenances
             unto and to y.e use of the said William Stavely and James Bennett
             their heirs and assigns for ever be it by Deed or Deeds inrolled
             or not inrolled the inrollment of these presents or by any
             other lawfull and reasonably ways or means whatsoever
             as by the said William Stavely and James Bennett their
             heirs or assigns or their or any of their councill learned in
             the Law shall be reasonably devised or advised and required
             so as the party or partyes that shall be required to make
             such further assurance or assurances be not compelled for
             the making or doing thereof to travell further than the
             cityes of London and Westminster or one of them In
             Wittness whereof the said partyes to these Indentures
             interchangeably have sett their hands & seale y.e day & year first
             above written
