(109)    Estate Right Title Interest Property Profit Possessions
             Inheritance Clame and Demand whatsoever both in Law
             and Equity of the said Thomas Bladen of in unto or out of
             the said premisses and of in unto and out of every or any
             part or parcell thereof together w.th all Deeds Evidences
             Writings Escripte Transcripte and Minuments whatsoever
             touching or concerning the said premisses or any part or parcell
             thereof which the said Thomas Bladen hath in his custody or
             can come by w.thout suit in Law or Equity To have and to
             hold the said mannor or messuages Lands Tenements
             Hereditaments and all and singular other the premisses
             herein before mentioned or intended to be hereby granted
             bargained sold aliened released enfeoffed and confirmed
             and every part and parcell thereof w.th the appurtenances
             unto the said William Stavely and James Bennett their
             Heirs and Assigns to the only proper use and behoofe of y.e s.d
             William Stavely and James Bennett and of their heirs and
             assigns forever And to and for none other use intent or
             purpose whatsoever To be holden of the Cheif Lord or
             Lords of y.e Fee or Fees of the premisses by the rents and
             services therefore due and of right augustoined
             And the said Thomas Bladen for himself his heirs
             Executors and Administrators doth covenant grant and
             agree to and with the said William Stavely and
             James Bennett their Heirs and Assigns and to an
             with every of them by these presents in manner & form
             following that is to say That he the said Thomas
             Bladen and his heirs shall and will from time to time
             and at all times hereafter warrant and defend the
             aforesaid Mannor Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments with their
             and every of their appurtenances herein before granted bargained sold aliened
             released enfeoffed and confirmed from and against all manner of persons what
             soever unto and to the use of the said William Stavely and James Bennett their
