(108)    consideracon of the sume of six hundred pounds of
             Lawfull money of Great Britain to the said Thomas Bladen
             in hand at or before the ensealing and delivery of these
             presents by the said William Stavely and James Bennett well
             and truly paid for the full and absolute purchase of the
             Mannor Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments herein
             after mentioned to be hereby conveyed the receipt whereof
             the said Thomas Bladen doth hereby acknowledge and
             thereof and of every part and parcell thereof doth clearly
             acquitt release and discharge the said William Stavely and
             James Bennett their Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns
             and every of them forever by these presents The s.d Thomas
             Bladen hath granted bargained sold aliened released
             enfeoffed and confirmed And by these presets doth fully and
             absolutely grant bargain sell alien release enfeoffe and
             confirm unto the said William Stavely and James Bennett
             and to their heirs and assigns for ever all that mannor
             containing two thousand acres of Land more or less comonly
             called or known by the name of Kent Fort Mannor scituate
             lying and being in the southermost end of Kent Island in
             Queen Anne County in the province of Maryland af.d together
             w.th all Houses Outhouses Edifices Buldings Yards Wayes
             Passages Easments Waters Watercourses Woods Underwoods
             Timber and Timber Trees Profits Comodityes and Appurtences
             whatsoever to the same premisses belonging or in any wise
             appertaining or to or w.th the same or any part thereof
             now or at any time heretofore used occupyed or enjoyed or
             accepted reputed taken or known as part parcell of
             member thereof and the revercon and revercons
             remainder and remainders rents issues and yearly and
             other profits whatsoever of all and singular y.e s.d premisses hereb
