(104)    Worthington his heirs and assigns for ever to the onely
             proper use and Behoof of him the said William Worthington
             his heirs and assignes for ever and to none other use
             intent or purpose whatsoever And the said Vachel Denton
             doth hereby for himself his heirs executors and adm.rs and
             every of them covenant promise grant and agree to and
             with the said William Worthington his heirs and assigns
             That ^he^ the said Vachel Denton and his heirs the aforementioned
             to be granted Land and premises w.th the appurtenances
             and every part and parcell thereof (Except before Excepted)
             to him y.e said William Worthington his heirs and assigns
             for ever from and against him y.e said Vachel Denton
             and his heirs and from and against all manner of persons
             lawfully cla^i^ming or to cla^i^me any Right Title Interest property
             cla^i^me or demand whatsoever of in or unto the aforementioned
             to be granted Land and premisses by from or under him y.e s.d
             Vachel Denton or his heirs or under any bargain or sale at
             any time made by Henry Denton Father to the said Vachel
             of the Land and premises af.d or any part or parcell thereof
             as also from the lines of any elder or more ancient survey
             (Except before Excepted) shall and will warrant and for ever
             hereafter by these presents defend the rents and services
             hereafter growing due to the Cheif Lord of the Fee Only
             Excepted and Foreprized and the said Vachel Denton doth
             hereby further for himself his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs covenant
             promise grant and agree to and with the said William
             Worthington his heirs and assigns that he y.e said Vachel
             Denton and his heirs shall and will at any time or times hereafter
             at the reasonable request cost and charges in y.e Law of him
             the said William Worthington his heirs or assigns make do
             acknowledge suffer and execute or cause to be do done or so
             suffered all or any such further or other act or acts thing or
