(103)    And William Worthington of Ann Arundell County in y.e
             province af.d Gent of y.e other part Wittnesseth that the said
             Vachel Denton for and in consideration of y.e sum of one
             hundred and fourscore pounds current money of Maryland to
             him in hand paid by the said William Worthington y.e receipt
             whereof the said Vachel doth hereby acknowledge and thereof
             and from every part and parcell thereof doth hereby fully
             and absolutely acquit exonerate and discharge him y.e said
             William Worthington his heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs Hath Given
             Granted Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed And
             by these presents doth give grant bargain sell alien enfeoffe &
             confirme unto him y.e said William Worthington his heirs
             and assigns for ever all that tract or parcell of Land called
             Askmore lying in Cecil County in the province af.d on a branch
             of S.t Augustines Creek Beginning at a marked red oake standing
             on the western side of y.e said Branch it being a bounded tree of
             a Tract of Land formerly laid out for Mariana & Margaret
             Daniel and running east south east two hundred seventy five
             perches cross the branch and then south south west three
             hundred and twenty perches and then west north west two
             hundred and seventy five perches and from thence north north
             east three hundred and twenty perches to the first bounded
             tree containing and laid out for five hundred and fifty acres
             more or less except twenty four acres of Land said to be taken
             out of the said Tract of Land called Askmore by the lines of
             a more ancient survey of a Tract of Land called Worsell
             Mannour, Together with all houses plantations fences
             improvements and all manner of appurtences to the same
             demised Tract of Land belonging or in any wise appertaining
             To have and to hold the same Land and premises except before
             excepted w.th the appurtenances unto him y.e s.d William
