             and James Gourlay y.e two subscribers evidences to the w.thin
             power of Attorney and made oath on the Holy Evangilist of

             Forward sign seal and deliver y.e within Power of Attorny
             as his Act and Deed for y.e uses w.thin mentioned to the w.thin
             Patrick Sympson sworn to before me this 11.th day of August 1725

             sign seal & deliver y.e within power of attry to Patrick Sympson

             that he saw James Presbury sign y.e same as a Wittness
             thereto on y.e motion of y.e s.d Patrick y.e s.d power of attry is
             admitted to record            Test
