(101)    Think fitt and generally in and concerning y.e premisses
             to doe performe and execute all and whatsoever shall
             be requisite & necessary as fully amply and effectually to all
             intents constructions and purposes as he the said constituant
             might or could do if personally present and that altho y.e cause
             should require more especial or ample power than is herein
             before particularly exprest w.th power to substitute one or
             more Attorneys under him with like or limitted power and y.e
             same again to revoake he the said constituant hereby promising
             to rattify confirm and hold for good and vallid all and whatsoever
             his said attorney or his substitutes shall lawfully do or cause
             to be done in or about the premisses by virtue of these presents
             This done and passed in London af.d in y.e presence of y.e underwritten

             Cockey of Maryland Merch.t his Attorney in the stead and
             place of the said Patrick Sympson giving and hereby granting
             unto him y.e s.d Patrick Sympson and as fully and effectually to all
             intents construction & purposes as if y.e s.d Thomas Cocky had been
             mentioned therein anything af.d to y.e contrary notw.thstanding
