SPECIFIED FOR BONDS OF HARFORD COUNTY TO FINANCE THE
CONSTRUCTION, ACQUISITION, IMPROVEMENT, OR EXTENSION
OF PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN THAT COUNTY.
