(b) Sections 108 through 129, inclusive, subtitle "Teachers'
Retirement System" shall become Sections 191 through 213 190
THROUGH 212, inclusive, of said Article, under the heading "Chap-
ter 17—Teachers' Retirement System."
Sec. 4. And be it further enacted, That the following existing
sections of the said Article 77 be and they are hereby repealed and
re-enacted, without amendment, as new Article 77A, title "Higher
Education," as follows:
(a) Sections 300 through 304 304C, inclusive, subtitle "Commu-
nity Colleges" shall become Sections 1 through 5 10, inclusive, of
Article 77A, subtitle "Community Colleges."
(b) Sections 164 and 165, subtitle "State Colleges" shall be-
come Sections 6 and 7 11 AND 12, respectively, of Article 77A, sub-
title "State Colleges."
(c) Sections 165A through 165J, inclusive, subtitle "State Col-
leges" shall become Sections A through 7J 12A THROUGH 12J, in-
clusive, of Article 77A, subtitle "State Colleges."
(d) Sections 170A through 170K, inclusive, subtitle "State Col-
leges" shall become Sections 8 through 8J 18 THROUGH 13K, in-
clusive, of Article 77A, subtitle "State Colleges."
(e) Section 248 subtitle "State Colleges" shall become Section 9-14
of Article 77A, under the subtitle "State Colleges."
(f) Sections 298A through 298 U 248A THROUGH 248K, inclu-
sive, subtitle "State Colleges" shall become Sections 9A through 9-U
14A THROUGH 14K, inclusive, of Article 77A, subtitle "State Col-
leges."
(g) Sections 249 through 259, inclusive, subtitle "University of
Maryland" shall become Sections 10 through 21 15 THROUGH 27,
inclusive, of Article 77A, subtitle "University of Maryland."
(h) Sections 259-D 259A through 259-AD, inclusive, subtitle
"University of Maryland" shall become Sections 21A through 21AD
27A THROUGH 27AD, inclusive, of Article 77A, subtitle "University
of Maryland."
(i) Sections 325 through 328, inclusive, subtitle "Advisory Coun-
cil on Higher Education" shall become Sections 22 through 25 28
