BOTH APPOINTMENTS
SHALL BE MADE FOR TERMS EXPIRING IN 1978.

(7)    In Worcester County, at the conclusion of the present term
expiring in 1971, an appointment shall be
made for a term ending
July 1, 1977; at the conclusion of the present term expiring in 1972,

an appointment shall be made for a term ending July 1, 1978; and

at the conclusion of the present terms expiring in 1973, 1974 and

1975 respectively, appointments shall be made for seven year terms
TERMS EXPIRING IN 1971, 1972, 1973, 1974, AND 1975, RE-
SPECTIVELY, APPOINTMENTS SHALL BE MADE FOR FIVE
YEAR TERMS.

(8) In Carroll and Dorchester Counties, an additional person

shall be appointed to the County Board of Education on each of the

said counties for a term ending July 1, 1976.

(8)    IN CARROLL AND DORCHESTER COUNTIES, AT THE
CONCLUSION OF THE PRESENT TERMS EXPIRING IN 1970,
1971, 1972, 1973, 1974, AND 1975, RESPECTIVELY, APPOINT-
MENTS SHALL BE MADE FOR FIVE YEAR TERMS.

(9) In Anne Arundel County at the conclusion of the two present
terms expiring in 1972, one appointment shall be
made for a term
ending July 1, 1976.

(9)    IN ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, AT THE CONCLUSION
OF THE PRESENT TERMS EXPIRING IN 1970, 1971, 1972,
1973, 1974, AND 1975, RESPECTIVELY, APPOINTMENTS
SHALL BE MADE FOR FIVE YEAR TERMS.

(10) In Harford County, at the conclusion of the present terms
expiring in 1970 and 1971 respectively, appointments shall be made

for five-year terms ending July 1, 1975 and July 1, 1976; at the

conclusion of the two present terms expiring in 1972, one appoint-

ment shall be made for a term ending July 1, 1977, and a second

appointment shall be made for a term ending July 1, 1978; at the

conclusion of the two present terms expiring in 1973, one appoint-

ment shall be made for a term ending July 1, 1979, and a second

appointments shall be made for a term ending July 1, 1980. EXPIR-
ING IN 1970, 1971, 1972, 1973, AND 1974, RESPECTIVELY, AP-
POINTMENTS SHALL BE MADE FOR FIVE YEAR TERMS.

(11) In Baltimore County, at the conclusion of the present terms
expiring in 1970, 1971, and 1972 respectively, appointments shall

be made for six-year terms ending July 1, 1976; July 1, 1977 and

July 1, 1978; at the conclusion of the two present terms expiring in
