(1)    In Garrett and Queen Anne's Counties, two additional per-
sons shall be appointed to the County Board of Education in 1969,
one for a term ending July 1,1972, and one for a term ending July 1,
1976 1974; at the conclusion of the present term expiring in 1971, an
appointment shall be made for a term ending July 1,1978 1976; at the
conclusion of the present term expiring in 1973, an appointment
shall be made for a term ending July 1,1980 1978; and at the conclu-
sion of the present term expiring in 1975, an appointment shall be
made for a term ending July 1,1982 1980.

(2)    In Allegany, Caroline, Cecil, Howard, Kent, and St. Mary's
Counties, at the conclusion of the present term expiring in 1970,

an appointment shall be made for a term ending July 1, 1976; at

the conclusion of the present term expiring in 1971, an appointment

shall be made for a term ending July 1, 1977; at the conclusion of

the present forms expiring in TERMS EXPIRING IN 1970, 1971,
1972, 1973 and 1974 respectively, appointments shall be made for
seven FIVE year terms.

(3) In Calvert County, at the conclusion of the present term
expiring in 1971, an appointment shall be made for a term ending
July 1,1977 1976; at the conclusion of the two present terms expiring
in 1973, one appointment shall be made for a term ending July 1,1978
1977, and a second appointment shall be made for a term ending July
1, 1980 1978; at the conclusion of the two present terms expiring in
1975, one appointment shall be made for a term ending July 1, 1981
1979, and a second appointment shall be made for a term ending July
1, 1982 1980.

(4) In Charles County, at the conclusion of the present term
expiring in 1971, an appointment shall be made for a term ending
July 1, 1977 1976; at the conclusion of the present term expiring in
1973, an appointment shall be made for a term ending July 1, 1978
1977; at the conclusion of the three present terms expiring in 1975,
one appointment shall be made for a term ending July 1,1980 1978, a
second appointment shall be made for a term ending July 1,1981 1979,
and a third appointment shall be made for a term ending July 1, 1982
1980.

(5)    In Wicomico County, at the conclusion of the two present
terms expiring in 1971, one appointment shall be made for a term
ending July 1,1977 1975, and a second appointment shall be made for
a term ending July 1,1978 1976;
