which are described as follows: Area 1. Beginning for the same
at the intersection of [Brock Bridge Road and Md. Route 197
running with the centerline of Brock Bridge Road northeasterly to
the Patuxent River and thence northerly and westerly with the
Patuxent River (County line) to the] United States Route No.
1 and the southerly
limits of the Town of Laurel presently excluded
from the application of this subsection, thence with the [easterly,]
southerly and westerly limits of said Town as the same have been
established by laws in effect [before the passage of this subsection
to the Patuxent River, thence westerly with the Patuxent River
(County Line) to the intersection of the River] as of April 1, 1968
to the intersection of said Town limits
and the centerline of the
right-of-way selected for construction of proposed Route I-95,
thence with the centerline of said right-of-way southwesterly to
Contee Road, thence easterly with Contee Road to [Md. Route 197
and thence southeasterly with Md. Route 197] United States Route 1
and thence northeasterly
to the point of beginning.

Area 2. Beginning for the same at the intersection of the westerly
limits of the Town of Laurel as existed prior to the said annexation
effective April 1,1968 and the Patuxent River (County Line), thence
westerly with the Patuxent River to the centerline of the right-of-
way selected for construction of proposed Route I-95, thence with the
centerline of said right-of-way southwesterly to the Town of Laurel
limits as presently exist subsequent to the said April 1, 1968 annexa-
tion being the northern intersection of said limits and said centerline
of proposed Route 1-95, thence easterly, southerly, easterly, north-
easterly, and northerly with the Town limits to the point of begin-
ning.

Area 3. Beginning for the same at the intersection of the Patuxent
River (County Line) and easterly limits of said Town of Laurel as
presently exist subsequent to the annexation effective April 1, 1968,
thence southwesterly and southeasterly with said Town limits to the
southernmost corner of the property of I.W. Berman, Liber 2866,
Folio 19; thence North 68° 58' 50" East, 517 feet; thence South
40° 57' 10" East, 2029.50 feet; thence South 09° 41' 10" East, 2158.60
feet to the Patuxent River (County Line), thence northerly along
said River to the point of beginning.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.

(House Bill 325)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 59-12
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County (1963
Edition and 1967 Supplement, being Article 17 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Prince George's County,"
subtitle "59. Park and Planning Commission," said section being
also Section 72-16 of the Montgomery County Code, (1965 Edi-
