AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 24 of
Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1967 Replace-
ment Volume), title "Natural Resources," subtitle "Rare Earths
and Minerals," to provide for the deposit of certain funds to the
credit of a Fisheries Research and Development Fund.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 24 of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1967 Replacement Volume), title "Natural Resources," subtitle
"Rare Earths and Minerals," be and it is hereby repealed and re-
enacted with amendments, to read as follows:
24.
The Board of Natural Resources shall, after examination and ap-
proval by it of such statement, transmit the same, together with all
moneys received as royalties and rentals, to the Comptroller of the
State of Maryland, with its verification. Any moneys arising under
the provisions of this subheading shall, by the Comptroller, be placed
to the credit of the [Conservation Fund FISHERIES RESEARCH
AND DEVELOPMENT FUND; provided that all amounts in excess
of $5,000 shall be paid into the general funds of the State treasury.]
Fisheries Research and Devolopment Fund.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 1, 2, 3,
(A), (B), 12, 13 (a), 14 (a), 15 (a), 15 (e) and 18 (b) of Article
49B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968 Replacement Vol-
ume, 1968 Supplement), title "Human Relations Commission," sub-
titles "Commission on Human Relations," "Enforcement Powers
of Commission," and "Discrimination in Employment," and to add
new Section 11B to Article 49B of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1968 Replacement Volume), title "Human Relations Commission,"
subtitle "Discrimination in Public Accommodations," to follow im-
mediately after Section 11A thereof; and to repeal Sections 15 (b),
