CHAPTER 82
(House Bill 216)
AN ACT to add a new Section 175(e) to Article 66C of the An-
notated Code of Maryland (1967 Replacement Volume and 1968
Supplement), title "Natural Resources," subtitle "Birds, Game
and Inland Water Fish," subheading "Fur Bearers," to follow im-
mediately after Section 175(d) thereof, requiring a nonresident
trapper's license from every nonresident who desires to trap
certain fur bearing or wild animals and relating generally to the
cost and issue of this license and the manner of accounting for it.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That a new Section 175(e) be and it is hereby added to Article 66C
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1967 Replacement Volume and
1968 Supplement), title "Natural Resources," subtitle "Birds, Game
and Inland Water Fish," subheading "Fur Bearers," to follow im-
mediately after Section 175(d) thereof, and to read as follows:
175.
(e) Every nonresident of the State of Maryland who desires to
trap fur bearing or wild animals which may legally be trapped in
this State, in addition to any other license requirements, must first
procure a nonresident trapper's license. The license shall be issued
in accordance with nonresident hunting license procedures at a cost
of twenty-five dollars and fifty cents ($25.50) and shall be in effect
for the same period as the hunter's license. The clerk or agent shall
retain as compensation for issuing the license the sum of fifty
cents (50¢), and the balance of the fee shall be paid and accounted
for in the manner provided under Sections 129 and 130 of this
Article.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 32-1 of
Article 26 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1966 Replacement
Volume), title "Courts," subtitle "Circuit Courts for the Coun-
ties—Court Stenographers," making provision for three addi-
tional judges for the seventh judicial circuit, and relating gener-
ally thereto.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 32-1 of Article 26 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1966 Replacement Volume), title "Courts," subtitle "Circuit Courts
for the Counties—Court Stenographers," be and it is hereby re-
pealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
