being Article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland) as
enacted by Chapter 2, Bill 2 of the County Council of Wicomico
County, Maryland, in Legislative Session (First), February 1968, title
"Lower Shore Sheltered Workshop, Inc.", authorizing an increase in
the appropriation to the Lower Shore Sheltered Workshop, Inc., said
re-enacted section to be known as Section 564-2 of said Article 23.

Section 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
WICOMICO COUNTY, MARYLAND, that Section 166A of Article 23 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Wicomico County (1965 Edition, being
Article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland) title "Appropri-
ation—Lower Shore Sheltered Workshop, Inc.," be and it is hereby re-
pealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows and to be
known as Section 564-2 Appropriation—Lower Shore Sheltered Workshop,
Inc.

Section 564-2 Appropriation—Lower Shore Sheltered Workshop, Inc.

The County Council of Wicomico County is hereby authorized and
directed to levy a sum of [Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars]
($7,500.00)] TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($10,000.00) and appropri-
ate the same to the Lower Shore Sheltered Workshop, Inc., a non-profit
corporation of the State of Maryland, to be used by said corporation in
furtherance of its objectives.

Section 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED that this Act, having
being passed by the County Council at its Legislative Session of June,
1968, shall take effect August 1, 1968, unless a proper petition for refer-
endum thereof shall be validly filed prior to said date, in which event
this Act shall not take effect until the expiration of thirty (30) days fol-
lowing approval of this Act by a majority of the qualified voters of the
County voting in any such referendum.

An Act to add new Section 564-3 to the Code of Public Local Laws
of Wicomico County (1965 Edition, being Article 23 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland) title "Appropriation—Greater Salis-
bury Industrial Development Agency," to follow immediately after
Section 564-2 thereof and authorizing an appropriation to the
Greater Salisbury Industrial Development Agency in the amount of
Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00).
