Section 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
WICOMICO COUNTY, MARYLAND, that new Section 564-3 be and it
is hereby added to the Code of Public Local Laws of Wicomico County (1965
Edition, being Article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland)
title "Appropriation—Greater Salisbury Industrial Development Agency,"
to follow immediately after Section 564-2 thereof and to read as follows:

Section 564-3 Appropriation—Greater Salisbury Industrial Development

Agency

The County Council of Wicomico County is hereby authorized and
empowered to levy a sum of fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000.00) for
the fiscal year 1968-1969, and, if levied, appropriate the same to the
Greater Salisbury Industrial Development Agency, a non-profit corpora-
tion of the State of Maryland, to be used by said corporation in further-
ance of its objectives.

Section 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED that this Act, having
been passed by the County Council of Wicomico County at its Legislative
Session of June, 1968, shall take effect August 1, 1968, unless a proper
petition for referendum thereof shall be validly filed prior to said date, in
which event this Act shall not take effect until the expiration of thirty
(30) days following approval of this Act by a majority of the qualified
voters of the County voting in any such referendum.

An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Article VI entitled
"Personnel Provisions," Section 601, title, "County Personnel Board"
of the Charter of Wicomico County, Maryland, as adopted by the
voters of Wicomico County, Maryland, on November 3, 1964, provid-
ing that the County Personnel Board shall be composed of five mem-
bers instead of three members as now herein provided.

Section 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF
WICOMICO COUNTY, MARYLAND, that Section 601, title "County Per-
sonnel Board" of Article VI entitled "Personnel Provisions" of the Charter
of Wicomico County, Maryland, be and it is hereby repealed and re-
enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
