(1) Assist the President in the determination of the goals of the
College and in the evaluation of progress toward such goals.
(2) Review budget proposals as developed by the President, make
recommendations, and advise and assist in the preparation of the
annual budget.
(3) Advise and assist the President in the development of college
facilities.
(4) Assist in the conduct and development of community related
programs.
(5) Assume leadership in the development of community and pri-
vate support for the college.
(6) Carry out such other responsibilities as delegated to it by the
Board of Trustees of the State Colleges or the College President.
(H) THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE STATE COLLEGES
SHALL CONSULT WITH THE BOARD OF VISITORS FOR ANY
COLLEGE WHENEVER THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES IS SE-
LECTING A PRESIDENT FOR THE COLLEGE.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.

AN ACT to repeal Section 133 of Article 77 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1965 Replacement Volume), title "Public Educa-
tion," subtitle "Chapter 9. Pupils," and to enact new Section 133
in lieu thereof, to stand in the place of the section repealed, requir-
ing the State Board of Education in conjunction with the State De-
partment of Health to promulgate regulations regarding im-
munizations required of children entering public schools; and
requiring every child being admitted to a public school to be
vaccinated. , EXCEPT WHERE THE VACCINATION OR IM-
MUNIZATION CONFLICTS WITH RELIGIOUS BELIEFS.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 133 of Article 77 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1965 Replacement Volume), title "Public Education," subtitle
"Chapter 9. Pupils," be and it is hereby repealed; and that new Sec-
tion 133 be and it is hereby enacted in lieu thereof, to stand in the
place of the section repealed, and to read as follows:

ment of Health shall promulgate regulations regarding immuniza-
tions required of children entering public schools. These regulations
