Whereas, Section 462 463 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Baltimore City, being part of the statutes on landlord and tenant and
concerning the death of certain tenants DISTRAINT FOR RENT
IN CERTAIN CASES has been superseded by Section 9 of Article 53
of the Annotated Code and could be repealed; and
Whereas, This repealer has the concurrence of the Chief Judge
of the People's Court of Baltimore City; now, therefore
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 462 463 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore
City (1949 Edition, being Article 4 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland), title "Baltimore City," subtitle "Landlord and Tenant,"
be and it is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.

CHAPTER 35
(House Bill 418)
AN ACT to repeal Sections 464, 465, and 466 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Baltimore City (1949 Edition, being Article 4 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Baltimore City,"
subtitle "Larceny," repealing certain unnecessary and duplicating
local laws of Baltimore City concerning larceny by minors.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 464, 465, and 466 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Baltimore City (1949 Edition, being Article 4 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland), title "Baltimore City," subtitle "Larceny,"
be and they are hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.

CHAPTER 36
(House Bill 423)
AN ACT to repeal Sections 620 and 621 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Baltimore City (1949 Edition, being Article 4 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Baltimore City,"
subtitle "Sabbath," and to repeal said subtitle, repealing obsolete
local laws of Baltimore City concerning the carrying of ice upon
the streets or highways of the City on the Sabbath Day.
