SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 370 to 379, inclusive, of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Baltimore City (1949 Edition, being "Article 4 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Baltimore City," subtitle
"Wood Carts," be and they are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.

CHAPTER 33
(House Bill 416)

AN ACT to repeal Section 447 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Baltimore City (1949 Edition, being Article 4 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Baltimore City," subtitle
"People's Court," repealing a law which relates to the People's
Court of Baltimore City and concerns certain claims for wages
for personal service.

Whereas, Section 447 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Balti-
more City relates to certain claims in the People's Court of Baltimore
City for wages for personal services; and

Whereas, The provisions of this section are superseded by the
supplementary proceedings provision of Maryland Rule 628; and

Whereas, The repeal of this section has the concurrence of the
Chief Judge of the People's Court; now, therefore

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 447 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore
City (1949 Edition, being Article 4 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland), title "Baltimore City," subtitle "People's Court,"
be and it is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.

AN ACT to repeal Section 462 463 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Baltimore City (1949 Edition, being Article 4 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Baltimore City," subtitle
"Landlord and Tenant," repealing an unnecessary local law in
the landlord and tenant statutes of Baltimore City.
