title "Party Governing Bodies," to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 11-2 (h) thereof, to provide for the number of members of the
Republican State Central Committee in Carroll County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 11-2 (i) be and it is hereby added to Article 33 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968 Supplement), title "Election
Code," subtitle "Party Governing Bodies," to follow immediately
after Section 11-2(h) thereof, and to read as follows:

11-2.

(i) In Carroll County, the Republican State Central Committee
shall consist of seven members elected at large.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.

CHAPTER 762
(House Bill 1359)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 20 (e)
and 95 (c) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1968
Replacement Volume), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitles "Beer,
Wine and Liquor Licenses," and "Hours and Days for Sale,"
respectively, to provide for the issuing of certain alcoholic beve-
rage licenses to certain organizations, and to provide for the hours
of sale.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 20(e) and 95(c) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1968 Replacement Volume), title "Alcoholic Beve-
rages," subtitles "Beer, Wine and Liquor Licenses," and "Hours
and Days for Sale," respectively, be and they are hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

20.

(e) In Calvert County such licenses may be issued [only] for
premises which are bona fide yacht clubs and country clubs within
the towns of North Beach and Chesapeake Beach and the annual
license fee for such license shall be one thousand dollars ($1,000.00).
Such licenses may be issued anywhere in Calvert County for premises
which are bona fide Post Homes of Posts of the American Legion or
Veterans of Foreign Wars and the annual license fee for such license
to these organizations shall be two hundred and fifty dollars
$250.00).
FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00). THE
LICENSES IN ANY POST HOMES OF POSTS OF THE AMER-
ICAN LEGION AND/OR VETERANS OF FOREIGN WARS
SHALL ALLOW ONLY FOR THE SALE OF SUCH LIQUOR BY
THE DRINK AND ON THE PREMISES.
