(c) In Calvert County, outside the limits of the towns of North
Beach and Chesapeake Beach, no sales shall be permitted by a Class
C, beer, wine and liquor licensee between the hours of 12 o'clock
midnight on Saturday and 6 o'clock a.m. the following Monday.
Sales shall be permitted by a Class C, beer, wine and liquor licensee
within the limits of the towns of North Beach and Chesapeake Beach
at all hours except between the hours of 2 o'clock a.m. and 6 o'clock
a.m. of each day. Sale shall be permitted by a Class C beer, wine and
liquor licensee who is a license holder for premises which are bona
fide Post Homes of Posts of the American Legion or Veterans of
Foreign Wars no matter where said Posts are located in Calvert
County at all hours except between the hours of two o'clock a.m. and
six o'clock a.m. of each day.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.

AN ACT to repeal Section 710A(b) of Article 66C of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1968 Supplement), title "Natural Re-
sources," subtitle "Oysters and Clams," repealing a section which
prohibits the commercial tonging of oysters in the submerged areas
of the State in Charles County on Saturdays.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 710A(b) of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1968 Supplement), title "Natural Resources," subtitle
"Oysters and Clams," be and it is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1969.

AN ACT to add new Section 534M to Article 27 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1968 Supplement), title "Crimes and Punish-
ments," subtitle "Sabbath Breaking," to follow immediately after
Section 534L thereof, to provide for the regulation of Sunday ac-
tivities in Wicomico County AND IN HARFORD COUNTY; AND
DECLARING THE EFFECT AND SCOPE OF THIS ACT AS
TO CERTAIN OTHER LAWS.
