AN ACT to repeal Sections 319 to 326, inclusive, of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws of Baltimore City (1949 Edition, being Article 4 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Baltimore
City," subtitle "Harbors, Docks and Wharves," subheadings
"Docks" and "Harbor Engineer," repealing certain obsolete laws
concerning the harbor, docks and wharves of Baltimore City, the
duties and functions of the harbor engineer, and certain duties
of the tobacco inspector with respect to persons landing wood upon
the public wharves.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 319 to 326, inclusive, of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Baltimore City (1949 Edition, being Article 4 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland), title "Baltimore City," subtitle "Harbor,
Docks and Wharves," subheadings "Docks" and "Harbor Engineer,"
be and they are hereby repealed.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 304 to 307, inclusive, of the Code of Pub-
lic Local Laws of Baltimore City (1949 Edition, being Article 4 of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Baltimore
City," subtitle "Sheriff"; and to repeal Section 640 of this Code,
subtitle "Sheriff's Fees," repealing certain obsolete local laws of
Baltimore City concerning the sheriff and his powers, duties, and
fees.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 304 to 307, inclusive, of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Baltimore City (1949 Edition, being Article 4 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland), title "Baltimore City," subtitle "Sheriff,"
and Section 640 of this Code, subtitle "Sheriff's Fees," be and they are
hereby repealed.
