(c) The Board shall specify minimum examination grade re-
quirements, and no person shall be registered who fails to meet these
requirements.
(d) Any person may be re-examined upon resubmitting an appli-
cation and the prescribed examination fee. The time and place of the
re-examination shall be set by the Board.
(e) Certificates issued to Sanitarians-in-training shall expire
four (4) years after the date of issue and may be renewed at the
discretion of the Board.
(f) A Sanitarian-in-training may qualify as a Registered Sani-
tarian upon fulfillment of the provisions of this subtitle.
731.
(a) Applicants who have successfully completed the examination
for Registered Sanitarian or for Sanitarian-in-training may apply for
registration with the Board. The fee for registration as a Registered
Sanitarian shall not exceed twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and shall be
deposited by applicants at the time of application for registration.
Sanitarians-in-training who are registered with the Board and who
have paid the prescribed fee for registration as a Sanitarian-in-
training shall pay a fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00) at the time of
application for registration as Registered Sanitarian. Applicants for
registration as a Sanitarian-in-training shall pay a fee of ten dollars
($10.00) at the time of making application for registration.
(b) The Board may adopt and assess fees to cover the actual cost
of examinations, the issuance and replacement of certificates, and
such other costs as deemed necessary to carry out the provisions of
this subtitle.
(c) Every Registered Sanitarian may renew his certificate on or
before the first day of July of each year. The renewal fee shall be five
dollars ($5.00). Upon payment by the registrant of the annual re-
newal fee, the Board shall issue a current identification card bearing
the same serial number assigned the registrant at the time of original
registration. A Registered Sanitarian whose certificate has expired
may renew his certificate upon payment of all lapsed renewal fees or
by reapplication and examination.
732.
(a) The Board shall maintain a complete record of its proceed-
ings and shall keep an up-to-date register of all applications for
registration. This register shall contain the following information:
(1) The residence, name, and age of each applicant.
(2) The name and address of the applicant's employer.
(3) The date of application.
(4) Complete information on education and experience qualifi-
cations.
(5) The action taken by the Board.
(6) The date on which the Board reviewed and acted upon the
application.
