The sd Plaintiff with his Security Samll Worthington & did

by Recognizance acknowledge themselves to owe & be indebted

to the Dft the Sum of thirty Six shillings Sterl, wth Condion

that if the absent Dft shall either in Person or by his Attorney

Come within a Twelvemonth & a day & appear to the Original

accon & make it appear yt ye plt he hath Satisfied or in barr

otherwayes discount, that then they will be responsible as

John Meclaster being Chosen Guardian by James Traine and

Margarett Traine humbly Supplicates ye Worll Court that he may

likewise be admitted Guardian to Roger Traine & Magdalene =

Traine, And that he may have their four Estates delivered into his

Care & Custody willing to give Security for the Same, which being

Considered is by the Worll Court granted & Ordered that the sd Jno

Meclaster be Guardian likewise to the sd Roger & Magdalene and

that their Estates afd be delivered into his hands the sd Jno Meclaster

first giving Security as the Law in Such Cases doth require.

        



Ordered that John Perkins pay 30 dayes worke to the use of the

Court house when demanded, which the sd Perkins is bound for as

pr Record appears . - - - - - - - - - -

        



Ordered that Stephen Costin Overseer of his Maties high wayes

for his district, Cause ye Bridge to be made at Parrahaukin as

prayed last Court by John Harris &ca. wch sd Bridge ye sd Harris

formerly kept in repair himself over ye branch to Parrahaukin Neck &a.

Ordered that Hough Tingle be appointed Overseer of his

Maties high wayes in Stead & place of Capt Samuel Showell
