a plea of debt &ca. And Whereupon the sd Livin pr Sam Worthington

his Attorney Comes & Saith that on the 13th day of May in the year

of our Lord God 1695, at Manny within the Jurisdiction of this Court

the sd John became indebted unto the sd Livin by his Certain Bill

Obligatory which the sd Livin here bringeth into Court Signed & Sealed

with the seal of the sd John the date hereof is the day & year aforesd

wherein he did acknowledge himself to be indebted unto the sd [Livin]

in the just Sum of nine hundred Sixty three pounds of Mertable

Porke to be paid at ye Now dwelling Plantation of the said Livin
