Willy, One of the Evidences to the within mentioned Bill did make

Daniel King of Pocomoke this day Complained to y^e Wor^ll Court y^t

One John Parker of this County had much offended him by building

upon his Land &ca. It is therefore Considered & Ordered by this Court

that the sd John Parker desist from any further proceeding or building

upon the foresd Land till the sd Kings bounds be knowne, and when

known that four English Men & four Indians be appointed to inspect

and view the foresd bounds & also to make Report thereof to this Court

The Persons by this Court appointed to view the sd Bounds &ca, are
