m^r Thomas Newbold this day brought his Runaway Serv^t into Court

(viz) John Morris, and the sd Newbold produced acco^t of ninety

five Runawayes dayes which the sd Morris Confest too also the

Sd Newbold rendered to the Court acco^t of fifteen hundred & ninety

pounds expended & disburst upon y^e propper acco^t of the sd Runaway

which being Considered by the Wor^ll is Ordered that he the sd

John Harris doe Serve the sd Newbold nine hundred & fifty dayes

according to Act of Assembly as also to Satisfie & pay the sd Newbold

1590 pounds of tobacco == But he the sd m^r Tho Newbold did

assume in Open Court that if the sd Morris did well & faithfully

Serve him three years after his first Indented time is expired

that he would accept it as full Satisfaction for the foresd Runaway
