The Condicon of which Recognizance is Such that if the above bound Jno Jenner doe make his personall appa before his Maties Justices of the Peace in Court Sitting the Second Tuesday in June next at Deviding Creek, then & there to answer unto Such things as shall be objected agt him on behalf of his Matie then the Recognizance void, or else to be & remain in full power force & Vertue. – – – – –

And whereupon the Said John by Peter Dent his Attorney Complains that whereas the Said William, the 10th day of May in the year of our Lord 1692. at Pocomoke within the Jurisdiction of this Court was indebted to the Said John in the Sum of fifty pounds Sterling to him Lent.
