to our Soveraign Lord the King in the Sum of twelve hundred pounds

of tobacco, due to be leavied on his goods &ca.

The Condicon of which Recognizance is Such that if the abovesd

Tho Philips do pay his fine & fees then the Recognizance to

be void otherwayes to remaine in full force power & Vertue.
