The Condicon of this Obligation is Such that whereas ye afore

bound John Meclaster hath by an Order of Court granted him

to be Guardian of the Orphants abovesd, as also to take into his

Care & Custody the sd Orphants and Estates. Now if ye said

John Meclaster Shall in all things as Guardian to the foresd

Orphants prform his Care therein as also Secure their Estates

without Waste, destruction Sale or imbezlemt, and also pay to ye

Severall & prticular Orphants their parts & portions as they -

Shall gradually Come to age by law qualified Without fraud

or Covin that then this Obligation to be void & of none effect

otherwayes to be & remaine in full power force & Vertue –

Richard Chambers & James Beauchannon were Sworn Apprasors

of the abovesd Estate of John Jenners ye 4th day of Decembr 1695

                                                         pr John King .

This day the Levy was ended the whole charge with the [sherf]

psallery amounted 116215 lib of tobacco. there being 1451=

Taxable persons which is found to be 80 lb pr poll only there

remains due to ye Sheriff 235 lb // wch pr County is Dr
