The Condicon of this Obligation is Such that whereas y^e afore

bound John Meclaster hath by an Order of Court granted him

to be Guardian of the Orphants abovesd, as also to take into his

Care & Custody the sd Orphants and Estates. Now if y^e said

John Meclaster Shall in all things as Guardian to the foresd

Orphants p^rform his Care therein as also Secure their Estates

without Waste, destruction Sale or imbezlem^t, and also pay to y^e

Severall & p^rticular Orphants their parts & portions as they -

Shall gradually Come to age by law qualified Without fraud

or Covin that then this Obligation to be void & of none effect

otherwayes to be & remaine in full power force & Vertue –
