City of Hyattsville as contained in the 1967 Supplement to the Code
of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County (1963 Edition, be-
ing Article 17 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title
"Prince George's County," subtitle "Hyattsville", subheading "Re-
development—Urban Renewal," be and they are hereby repealed,
and that new Sections 45-103(j) and 45-114 be and they are hereby
enacted in lieu thereof to stand in the place of the Sections so re-
pealed and to read as follows:

45-103.

(j) Municipality shall mean the City of Hyattsville, a municipal
corporation of State of Maryland.

45-114.

All plans, whether preliminary or final, prepared or presented
under the provisions of this article by the municipality shall not
conflict with, and must conform to the master plan for Prince
George's County. This provision shall be construed to mean that
all urban renewal plans effecting a change in zoning shall be re-
viewed by the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Com-
mission, and any zoning amendments pursuant to this urban renewal
program must be approved by the district council.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1968.

CHAPTER 416
(House Bill 1368)

AN ACT to authorize and direct the Chairman of the State Roads
Commission and the Board of Public Works of Maryland to ex-
ecute a good and sufficient deed to The Historical Committee of
Riverdale, Maryland conveying a fee simple title to certain parcels
of land for a nominal consideration.

Whereas, it is the desire of the people of the town of Riverdale,
Maryland to purchase a parcel of extra land owned by the State
Roads Commission, which is in excess of their needs, in the vicinity
of the old Calvert family cemetery; and

Whereas, The Historical Committee of Riverdale have tried to
acquire the extra land for use in the development and preservation
of the grave of Charles Benedict Calvert as a historical site; and

Whereas, The said Historical Committee have not the sufficient
funds to purchase this excess land at the figure quoted to them by
the State Roads Commission; now, therefore

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Chairman of the State Roads Commission and the Board
