secretarial assistance to the County delegation to the General Assem-
bly of Maryland for the term of the session thereof and for any
additional or extraordinary sessions thereof. The amount to be pro-
vided for such secretarial assistance shall not exceed one thousand
one hundred fifty dollars ($1,150.00) for the regular session of the
General Assembly, nor exceed Fifteen dollars ($15.00) per day for
each day of secretarial assistance provided during any additional
or extraordinary session thereof. Upon the filing of payment
vouchers with the County Commissioners by the County Delegation,
the County Commissioners shall forthwith provide the funds required
to honor said vouchers, not to exceed the amounts set forth herein.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1968.

AN ACT to repeal Section 2-6(b) of Article 33 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1967 Replacement Volume and 1967 Supple-
ment), title "Election Code," subtitle "Election Boards and Em-
ployees" to abolish the salary to be paid to the Clerk of the Board
of Election Supervisors in Calvert County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 2-6 (b) of Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1967 Replacement Volume and 1967 Supplement), title "Election
Code," subtitle "Election Boards and Employees" be and it is hereby
repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1968.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 238A
of Article 81 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1965 Replace-
ment Volume, and 1967 Supplement), title "Revenue and Taxes,"
subtitle "State Department of Assessments and Taxation," to
amend the law to provide that the annual salary of the Field
Supervisor of Assessments for Baltimore County be as specified
in the Compensation Plan of Baltimore County.
