censes," amending the law concerning the issue of beer, wine and
liquor licenses to certain clubs in Talbot County in order to change
the requirements for such licenses.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 20(m) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1957 Edition), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "Beer, Wine
and Liquor Licenses," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:
20.
(m) In Talbot County, such a license shall be issued only to a
club which is not operated for profit, and which has had for five
consecutive years, immediately preceding the year for which such
license is issued, [one hundred (100)] fifty (50) or more bona fide
members paying dues of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) per
annum per member; except that in the case of clubs composed ex-
clusively of members who served in the armed forces of the United
States, which are affiliated with a national organization, such license
may be issued provided said club had [one hundred] fifty (50) or
more bona fide members paying such dues as was required by its
national organization in the year immediately preceding the year
for which such license is issued.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1968.

AN ACT to add new Section 124 to the Code of Public Local Laws
of Calvert County (1963 Edition, being Article 5 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, 1930 Edition), title "Calvert
County," subtitle "County Commissioners," to follow immediately
after Section 123 thereof to provide that the County Commis-
sioners of Calvert County include in their Budget for each fiscal
year funds to provide the countys' delegation to the General
Assembly with secretarial assistance and to establish the
amount of funds to be applied for such assistance.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 124 to the Code of Public Local Laws of Calvert
County (1963 Edition, being Article 5 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland 1930 Edition) title "Calvert County," subtitle
"County Commissioners" be and it is hereby added to follow im-
mediately after Section 123 thereof, and to read as follows:
