(b) Violation of this section shall be cause for suspension of
the licensed pilot for a period not to exceed one year.
(A) THE DEPARTMENT OF WATER RESOURCES SHALL
HAVE PRINTED RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING
THE DISPOSAL OF ANY WASTE FROM ABOARD SHIPS THAT
ENTER THE WATERS OF THE CHESAPEAKE BAY AND IT
SHALL BE THE DUTY OF ALL LICENSED PILOTS WHEN
BOARDING A SHIP TO PRESENT A COPY OF THESE RULES
AND REGULATIONS TO THE MASTER OF THE SHIP. FAIL-
URE OF A LICENSED PILOT TO PRESENT A COPY OF THESE
RULES AND REGULATIONS TO THE MASTER OF A SHIP
SHALL BE DEEMED TO BE A MISDEMEANOR AND UPON
CONVICTION THEREOF HE SHALL BE SUBJECT TO A FINE
NOT EXCEEDING $100.00.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1968.

AN ACT to add three new sections to Article 23 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1966 Replacement Volume), title "Corpora-
tions," subtitle "Religious Corporations," subheading "Protestant
Episcopal Church—Diocese of Maryland," to be known as Sec-
tions 274A, 274B and 274C, to follow immediately after Section
274 of said Article, to provide generally for the incorporation of
new congregations of the Protestant Episcopal Church within the
Diocese of Maryland and to enable existing parishes or separate
congregations in said Diocese to be governed by the provisions of
Article 23, Sections 256-270, inclusive, of said Code, if they so
elect.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Article 23 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1966 Replace-
ment Volume), title "Corporations," subtitle "Religious Corpora-
tions," subheading "Protestant Episcopal Church—Diocese of
Maryland," be and it is hereby amended by the addition of three new
sections to be known as Sections 274A, 274B and 274C to follow
immediately after Section 274 of said Article, as follows:
274 A.
Any new congregation of the Protestant Episcopal Church in the
Diocese of Maryland comprising Baltimore City and Garrett, Alle-
gany, Washington, Frederick, Carroll, Baltimore, Harford, Howard,
Anne Arundel and Calvert Counties, may incorporate either
(1) Under the provisions of this title "Corporations," subtitle
"Religious Corporations" subheading "In General," Sections 256-
270, inclusive, of this Article but subject, however, to the provisions
of Section 274C hereof; or
