The public laws, ordinances, regulations, and resolutions approved
and enacted by the respective counties and municipal corporations of
this State, by the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning
Commission, and by the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission
may SHALL be judicially noticed or may SHALL be read in evidence
either from the printed volume thereof or from a true copy of an
amendment thereto, published by the authority of said bodies.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1968.

CHAPTER 230
(House Bill 370)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 130(b-1)
of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1967 Supple-
ment), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "Restrictions Upon
Licensees," including Baltimore City as one of the subdivisions
where beer can be sold by wholesalers to retailers only in cash
transactions.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 130 (b-1) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1967 Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle
"Restrictions Upon Licensees," be and it is hereby repealed and
re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
130.
(b-1) In Cecil, Charles, Harford, Kent, Queen Anne's, St. Mary's,
Somerset, Talbot, Wicomico and Worcester counties, and in Balti-
more City, no manufacturer or wholesaler shall sell any beer to any
retail dealer except for cash on delivery. No suit or action ex con-
tractu to enforce or collect any claim for credit extended in viola-
tion of this section shall be maintained in this State.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1968.
