Association of Fire Underwriters to make electrical inspections, ex-
cept that when the Department is not available for inspections, to
appoint some qualified person to make such inspections during the
period when the Department is not available; to make rules and regu-
lations concerning same
AND TO MAKE REASONABLE RULES
AND REGULATIONS CONCERNING INSPECTIONS BY THIS
PERSON; to hold hearings on charges of misconduct of any of its
licensees; to revoke said licenses if said charges are of such sufficient
gravity as to warrant same after a proper hearing wherein defendant
may, if he so chooses, be represented by counsel of his own choice.

237.

Each member of said Board shall receive as compensation the sum
of fifteen dollars ($15.00) for each meeting of the Board
WHICH HE
ATTENDS, which compensation shall be paid out of any moneys in
the hands of the Treasurer of said Board. The Secretary of the Board
may receive such additional compensation as the Board may deem just
and reasonable, and for which the by-laws of the Board may provide.
The compensation and expenses of the Board shall in no event be paid
out of funds in the State Treasury or become a charge against the
State, or Harford County.
THE BOARD SHALL FILE ANNUALLY
WITH THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS A REPORT
OF ITS ACTIVITIES FOR THE PRECEDING YEAR, WHICH
SHALL INCLUDE AN ITEMIZED ACCOUNTING OF THE IN-
COME AND EXPENDITURES OF THE BOARD AND THE NUM-
BER OF MEETINGS HELD BY THE BOARD.

THE BOARD SHALL MEET AT LEAST ONCE EACH MONTH
IN BEL AIR AND SHALL HOLD SUCH SPECIAL MEETINGS
AS THE PROPER AND EFFICIENT DISCHARGE OF ITS BUSI-
NESS SHALL REQUIRE.

239A. 240.

(a)    There is hereby created, in addition to that of Master
Electrician, four limited licenses which shall be known as journey-
man, oil burner, sign, and maintenance licenses and shall be as
follows:

(b)    Journeyman: After examination, there shall be issued to
those qualified, a license hereinafter to be known as a journeyman
electrician, which shall be a limited license and shall permit the
holder thereof to do the following: A journeyman electrician is a
person who hires himself out to work at the electrical business for
and under the direction of a Master Electrician.

(c)    Oil Burner: After examination, there shall be issued to
those qualified, a license hereinafter to be known as an oil burner
electrician, which shall be a limited license and shall permit the
holder thereof to do the following: Said licensee shall be allowed to
wire and maintain burners and burner equipment and shall be
allowed to run service to and as far as a main switch panel only.

(d)    Sign: After examination, there shall be issued to those
qualified, a license hereinafter to be known as a sign electrician,
