(House Bill 305)

AN ACT to add new Section 106A to Article 66˝ of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1967 Replacement Volume and 1967 Supple-
ment), title "Motor Vehicles," subtitle "Administration—Regis-
tration—Titling," to follow immediately after Section 106 thereof,
providing for payment of a fee of $25.00 upon application to re-
instate a revoked license or privilege to drive a motor vehicle upon
the highways of this State. PROVIDING FOR PAYMENT OF
A FEE OF $10.00 UPON APPLICATION TO REINSTATE A
REVOKED LICENSE OR PRIVILEGE TO DRIVE A MOTOR
VEHICLE UPON THE HIGHWAYS OF THIS STATE AND
PROVIDING FOR PAYMENT OF AN ADDITIONAL FEE
SHOULD SUCH REINSTATEMENT BE GRANTED.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 106A be and is hereby added to Article 66˝ of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1967 Replacement Volume and
1967 Supplement), title "Motor Vehicles," subtitle "Administration—
Registration—Titling," to follow immediately after Section 106
thereof, and to read as follows:

106 A.

Any resident or nonresident whose operator's or chauffeur's
license or right or privilege to operate a motor vehicle in this State
has been revoked as provided in this article shall, upon filing an
application for a new license or for reinstatement of his right or
privilege to drive, pay to the Department a fee of twenty-five dollars
($35.00) which shall be refunded to the applicant only if such appli-
cation is denied. PRIVILEGE TO DRIVE, SHALL PAY TO THE
DEPARTMENT A FEE OF $10.00 AND IF THE REINSTATE-
MENT APPLIED FOR IS GRANTED AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF
$15.00 SHALL BE PAID TO THE DEPARTMENT IN ADDITION
TO ANY AND ALL OTHER FEES WHICH MAY BE PROVIDED
BY LAW.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1968.

CHAPTER 664
(House Bill 306)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 5 (E) (6)
of Chapter 759 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1967; and
to repeal Section 5 (E) (8) thereof; to change the amount of monies
allocated in the General Construction Loan of 1967 for the Severn
Run State Park, to change the number of acres of land authorized
to be acquired with this money and to repeal the allocation of funds
for acquisition of land for the South River State Park.
