be and they are hereby added to Article 26 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1966 Replacement Volume), title "Courts," subtitle
"Municipal Court of Baltimore City," to follow immediately after
Sections 109(a) (11), 109(a) (46) and 109(a) (54) thereof, and to
read as follows:

109(a).

(11a) Burning of crosses or other religious symbols under Mary-
land Code, Article 27, Section 10 A.

(46a) Molotov Cocktail offenses under Maryland Code, Article
27, Section 13 9 A.

(54a) Refusing to leave public buildings or grounds upon re-
quest under Maryland Code, Article 27, Section 577A.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.

CHAPTER 60
(House Bill 317)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 353 of
Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition),
title "Crimes and Punishments," subtitle "Crimes and Punish-
ments," subheading "Larceny after Trust," amending the law re-
lating to larceny after trust to give the Municipal Court of Balti-
more City jurisdiction where the amount in question does not
exceed $500.00.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 353 of Article 27 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition), title "Crimes and Punishments," subtitle "Crimes
and Punishments," subheading "Larceny after Trust," be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as fol-
lows:

353.

Any person who shall be entrusted with the possession of goods
or things of value for the purpose of applying the same for the use
and benefit of the owner or person who delivered the goods and
things who shall fraudulently convert the same to his own use, shall,
where the value of the thing so converted is one hundred dollars or
more, be deemed guilty of a felony, and shall restore the goods or
things so converted or pay the full value to the owner thereof or
to the person who delivered the goods and things and upon convic-
tion be fined not more than one thousand dollars or imprisoned for
not more than five years or both fined and imprisoned and shall,
where the value of the goods or things so converted is less than one
hundred dollars, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall re-
store the goods and things so converted or pay the full value thereof
to the owner thereof or to the person who delivered the goods and
