licensees from selling or delivering beer in containers over 32

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 125 of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "Restrictions
Upon Licensees," be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
125.
In Garrett County [no licensee shall sell or deliver beer in con-
tainers of more than 32 ounces. Licensees] licensees shall sell beer
for cash only and no suit shall be maintained by any retail dealer
against any person for beer which has been sold on credit. It shall
be unlawful for any licensee to allow any minor or minors under
the age of 21 years to loaf or loiter about his place of business.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1967.

(House Bill 880)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 19(f-l)
(5) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edi-
tion and 1966 Supplement), title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle
"Beer, Wine and Liquor Licenses," to prohibit restaurants and
hotels selling alcoholic beverages in case lots in excess of ten
per cent (10%) plus freight charges, above the actual cost to the
Garrett County Liquor Control Board; and correcting an error
therein.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 19(f-l)(5) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1957 Edition and 1966 Supplement), title "Alcoholic
Beverages," subtitle "Beer, Wine and Liquor Licenses," be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as fol-
lows:
19.
(f-l)(5) Provided, that such restaurant or hotels shall purchase
such liquor or wines sold by them from the Garrett County Liquor
Control Board, and shall be charged [therefore] therefor the invoice
price of the liquor control board plus freight charges, thereon and
plus 20% of such aggregate invoice price and freight charges from
time to time, provided, however, when said purchase is of at least
one case of any product OR A COMBINATION OF PRODUCTS
offered for sale, then the price charged for said case shall be the
actual cost of same to the Garrett County Liquor Control Board, plus
ten per cent (10%) thereof and freight charges.
